Dino Carlo Reyes Chua (born September 28, 1980) is a Filipino businessman and politician and the current Mayor of Noveleta, Province of Cavite.

He is also the President of SKYJET Airlines. He is also the owner of El Palacio Resort in Coastal Bay, Noveleta, Cavite and One Greenbelt Hotel in Ayala Center, Makati City. He is also the president of World Trade Hotels international.

In 2004, he became the youngest Vice Mayor of Cavite City at the age of 23. In 2010, he also served as No.1 Provincial Board Member representing the 1st Congressional District of Cavite (Cavite City, Kawit, Noveleta, Rosario). He also became one of the youngest Majority Leader of Cavite Province at the age of 29. He often assumes the position of Acting Vice Governor whenever the Governor or Vice Governor is on-leave. In 2016, he became the youngest elected Mayor of Noveleta, Cavite at the age of 35.

Arlynn Alvarez Torres, incumbent Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Noveleta, Province of Cavite (2022-2025), re-electionist on her second term, and the Presiding Officer of the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Noveleta.

She was born on September 22, 1958 in this Municipality to Carmelito Monton Alvarez and Aliwina Valero Diaz. Being married to businessman, politician and former Noveleta Municipal Mayor (1995-2004) Dionisio Lontoc Torres, she was accustomed to the world of local politics, and eventually entered politics in 2004 when she ran and was successfully elected to the mayoralty post from 2004-2007.

Vice Mayor Torres studied at San Sebastian College, and worked at AMS Farming Corporation from 1977 where she built her career in financial management until her retirement as the company’s Finance Manager in 2013.

Spouses Torres are blessed with three children, namely: Lyndon Clifford, Ronald Andre, and Maria Regina Torres-Pasco. On her private time, she enjoys cooking and being a doting grandmother to five boys. She is also active in social-civic organizations like the Order of the Amaranth (Ilang-Ilang Court 20); the Women’s Organization of the Philippine Independent Church (WOPIC); The Cavite Vice Mayors League.

Davey Christian Reyes Chua (Born December 08, 1981) is a Filipino Politician and a current 1st Distric Board Member of the Province of Cavite.

He is twice elected as Number 1 councilor year 2013 and 2016 in Noveleta Cavite at the age of 32, and his first term as Municipal Councilor, he became appointed as the Municipal Vice Mayor in 2015. In 2019, he ran for a seat in Provincial Government as a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Representative also twice garnered the the highest votes in the First District of Cavite. He is the First Board Member that came from Noveleta Cavite. He is also the Chairperson Committee on Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Public Information.
