Provide administrative oversight for the Office of Emergency Services, County fire protection, and carry out other tasks as needed. Plan, organize, and direct the operation of the General Services Department, including building maintenance and repair, plant acquisition construction projects, purchasing, warehouse operations, automotive fleet maintenance and repair, and other general service programs and activities.
