  3. Xerox of Title
  4. Capital Gains Tax
  5. Realty Tax Receipt (current year)
  6. Transfer Tax Receipt

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW DECLARATIONS OF UNTITLED PROPERTY
  1. Approved Survey Plan / Technical Description
  2. Certification from CENRO stating amonth others that the land is within Alienable and Disposable
  3. Affidavit of ownership stating:
    • How the property was acquired
    • Length of possession
    • No adverse claim
    • Not declared for taxation purposes
    • That the applicant is in long, Continuous and notorious possession of the property
  4. Certification from the Brgy. Capt. That the declarant is the present Possessor and Occupant of the land.
  5. Joint affidavit of the adjoining owners.
  6. Certification from the bureau of Lands stating the exact location of the property.
  7. Ocular inspection report
  8. Subject to 10 yrs. Back taxes
