MGA KINAKAILANGAN IHANDA BAGO MAKAKUHA NG MUNICIPAL PERMIT

1. Reflectorized Body Number – Nakadikit sa kaha ng tricycle (harap at likod) na may sukat na 8” X 11” (kasinlaki ng short bond paper) na may kaukulang kulay at numero ayon sa kulay ng asosasyon
2. ID Card na may litrato ng driver – Nakasabit sa loob ng minamanehong tricycle sa lugar na madaling makita ng pasahero na may sukat na “4 X 1”
3. Ilaw (working condition) – nakalagay sa loob ng tricycle upang madaling makilala ng driver.
4. Basurahan – May sukat na at least 6” ang tass at 3.5” ang lapad na nakalagay sa loob ng tricycle sa lugar na madaling makita ng pasahero.
5. Color coding – Nakadikit sa labas ng harapan ng sidecar ng trycycle.
6. Taripa (Fare Matrix) – orihinal na kopya ng taripa na nakalagay sa loob ng trycicle upang maging basehan ng mga pasahero sa pagbabayad ng kanilang pamasahe.

   • How the property was acquired
   • Length of possession
   • No adverse claim
   • Not declared for taxation purposes
   • That the applicant is in long, Continuous and notorious possession of the property
4. Certification from the Brgy. Capt. That the declarant is the present Possessor and Occupant of the land.
5. Joint affidavit of the adjoining owners.
6. Certification from the bureau of Lands stating the exact location of the property.
7. Ocular inspection report
8. Subject to 10 yrs. Back taxes
